- Run/power-walk for a mile or two (It's proven exercise relieves stress)
- Watch (and do) one of those palates/yoga videos
- Rinse off and wash your hair in the shower
- Get out and run a bath
- Put in some yummy smelling bubble bath (White tea and jasmine is perfect to calm you down)
- While the water's running, get a few towels and put them in the dryer
- Before getting in, apply an avocado and honey face mask (Leave it on for the whole time you're in the bath to let it soak in and deep-clean your skin)
- Drain the water when you're ready to get out, then stand up and rinse off any bubbles and the mask
- Get your towels out of the dryer (They should be waaaaaarm)
- Dry off, then read a magazine or a book
